Moving your bibliography/references sources in Microsoft Word

Recently, my thesis was reviewed and the reviewer were thinking to modify my references to follow APA format (the correct APA format) as the ones provided in Microsoft Word seem incorrect and there is no easy way to modify the format unless you are able to read very well the format structures (in xml) and modify it accordingly, which I did but yet it failed too.

So, the reviewer was asking if I could share and transfer my reference master list. I found the step at Microsoft blogs but I thought, there should be easy way; that is without the need to open Word application.

So here it is:
1. Open your computer browser

2. Locate the folder [yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Bibliography

3. Alternately, you can search files name Sources.xml

4. Copy or move it at your will. You can send/share the files with anyone but it is recommended that you leave a copy at the original folder.

Have fun :)
